Tai-Chi Study Group

Co-ordinator: Don Busolini, 01707 258686

Meetings are held at the Ludwick Centre, Hall Grove, WGC, AL74PH

Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise that originated in China and is practised by literally tens of millions of people every day. It looks like a flowing slow dance and it is the slowness that makes it into a useful exercise, particularly for older people. It exercises the whole body, improving flexibility, especially in the hips and knees, enhances balance and co-ordination, relieves stress and challenges the memory. It is often recommended by health professionals as being excellent for all-round health.

You are welcome to come along and see for yourself; you can sit and watch or have a go. It could be the best thing you ever did for yourself!

New members welcome.
